You will receive notifications at every stage of your order from confirmation through to delivery. We ship using Australia Post. Depending on your location, standard orders should be delivered 2-6 business days after dispatch. At peak times, the Australia Post network can experience delays, and we thank you for your patience should your order be dispatched at one of these times.
Yes. You will receive an itemised invoice that can be used to claim the rebate with your private health fund
Yes. Your shipping address can be changed before your order is dispatched. Orders generally pass through pre-dispatch quality checks quite quickly, so if you do need to change your delivery address once your order is marked Undergoing Quality Checks, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or phone us on 08 7073 5815 us to ensure your address can still be changed. Once your order is marked Ready for Dispatch, your order cannot be redirected or recalled.
