To perform 20\/20 vision test, Snellen chart is used. The chart is placed at a distance of 20 feet from the person who is getting his eyes tested. Your capability of reading the smallest letters on the chart will indicate your vision acuity. However, only the sharpness of your eyesight gets tested.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If a person is able to read the smallest of the letters on the sheet from this distance then the doctor considers it as normal vision. Having 20\/20 vision means the light correctly focuses on the retina and provides clear and sharp vision. According to a report, people are even recorded to have superior vision like 20\/10<\/a> and even 20\/5. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

20\/20 vision is a standard test, if you are unable to read from this distance then you need to go for other test for eyesight ranking ranging from 20\/30 to 20\/200. With each measurement you have to stand closer to the chart, to understand your vision condition. For every vision condition there are prescription glasses<\/a> and contact lenses.
